Ingredients

Ginger, Turmeric, Cardamom pods, Cinnamon, Liquorice root, Nettle leaf, Lemon peel.

Directions

Tea's not to be rushed. Take your time. Add a heaped teaspoon of loose tea per serving to your favourite teapot.

Having boiled your kettle, pour over sufficient water and leave to infuse for 5 - 7 minutes. Pour and enjoy. Best enjoyed without milk.
