At 3000iu per capsule, Together Health's high-strength vitamin D3 is designed for those who need a meaningful boost - whether you spend most of your time indoors, live somewhere with limited sunshine, or simply want to optimise your vitamin D levels.

 They've paired it with vitamin K2 in the highly bioactive MK-7 form. These two vitamins work brilliantly together, and when you're taking higher amounts of D3, having K2 alongside makes all the difference. Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium, while K2 activates the proteins that direct it to your bones and teeth where you want it. Most vitamin D3 supplements are made from lanolin - wool grease extracted with hot detergent, chemically converted and blasted with UV radiation. And most vitamin K supplements use synthetic K1 made from petroleum-derived compounds. Together Health took another path. Their D3 comes from wild lichen sustainably sourced from North America. Their K2 comes from chickpeas fermented in the traditional Japanese natto style. Both are delivered in a base of coconut oil to enhance absorption.
