Ingredients

Xylitol, mannitol (naturally sourced sweeteners), magnesium citrate,Lemon Balm extract (Melissa officinalis)9.5%, L-tryptophan 6%, Lettuce extract(Lactuca sativa) 3.8%, natural orange flavour and other natural flavours, gum arabic (thickener), magnesium stearate(glazing agent), citric acid and steviol glycoside from stevia (sweetener).

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and over:

Take 1 sachet daily, 1 hour before bedtime. To be poured directly into the mouth and swallowed with or without water.
Store in a cool dry place.

Warnings

Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Taking too much may cause a laxative effect.

Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
