Organic natural and great tasting St Lawrence Gold maple syrup is the perfect sweetener for your pancakes waffles or ice cream. In addition this syrup is ideal for adding a delightful taste to things such as glazed carrots or homemade beans to mention a few. Compared to refined sugar and other sweeteners such as agave syrup or hone maple syrup provides more essential nutrients such as calcium, potassium, zinc, manganese and riboflavin (vitamin B2).
