Our Green Clay Face Mask is most suitable for oily and blemish prone skin.

This clay in naturally green in colour due to the oxides contained in the rocks that it comes from. Made up of unique mineral compositions, the Green Clay works by gently drawing out excess oil and impurities from the skin, leaving it feeling clean and revitalised.

Green Clay Face Masks can restore the natural pH balance of your skin whilst regenerating new skin cells which will help to give you a glowing complexion.

This is the perfect face mask if you wish to avoid any chemicals or preservatives and because this face mask is in powder form and you mix it yourself, it will almost never reach it’s best before date! Keep this clay on your bathroom shelves for any time your skin needs a little pick me up.

Illite Clay (French Green Clay)

Directions

Start by measuring out 2 teaspoons of the powder, adding it to a clean tub or container. Add an equal amount of water and mix the ingredients together until they form a paste. Apply to your face using your fingertips (or a face mask brush if you have one) and leave to dry for between 5 and 10 minutes. Once the mask has set, rinse off with warm water and a cloth.

Use for no more than three times a week.

Top Tip - Apply this Face Mask before a soak in the bath to transport you to a place of relaxation
