 Before beginning Lizi's Granola Lizi used to help run an organic farm in West Wales. When she wasn't rounding up sheep or feeding the cattle, she was making granola, using a mix of organic and non-organic ingredients. But now they have a fully certified Organic Granola and it tastes delicious. They use organic agave syrup, the lowest glycemic sugar, to sweeten this granola. Agave syrup comes from Mexico and is also used as one of the ingredients for tequila! Organic farming is something that Lizi believe;s in with a passion, and for many, is the only way to farm, as it's kind to the land and to the animals.

This product is Organic and is Vegan.

Jumbo rolled oats, rapeseed oil, desiccated coconut, agave syrup, concentrated apple juice, black treacle, cashew nut pieces, almond flakes, hazelnut pieces, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, golden linseeds, pistachio nuts.
